College basketball is here. How do you know? Midnight madness is now prime time madness as many schools look to get their fans super charged for the regular season. The middle of October, midway through October seems like a great time to start college basketball.
Kentucky is starting, as is Texas A&M. Texas A&M is going to hold practice at the same time their football team holds the Midnight Yell Practices. They are expecting 30,000 people to watch.
It hasn’t been on TV since 1997, but ESPN needs programming, so it’ll be six hours of coverage on Friday night.
Can’t wait for the first diaper dandy of the year.
