- In January and February the average snowfall is between 10 and 15 inches
- In November the average snowfall is 15 inches
- In November and December the average temperature is 35 degrees or so
Outdoor football is a thing of beauty. I love seeing it in Pittsburgh, Cleveland or even Tennessee, but Minneapolis?
