- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lge. onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fat or oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 can tomato soup
Cook ground beef and onion in fat until brown; add salt and pepper to taste. Alternate a layer of cabbage with meat mixture in buttered casserole.
Repeat layers.
Pour tomato soup over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Yield: 6 servings.
