- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Grated rind of 1 orange
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
Combine first seven ingredients; fold into sour cream. Chill. Serve over fresh or molded fruit salads.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
