- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 lge. potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 1-lb. can cream-style corn 1 c. milk
Brown meat and onion; season to taste. Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered casserole: top with meat mixture. Spread corn evenly over mixture; place remaining potato slices on top.
Pour milk over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Yield: 10 servings.
