Quick Chocolate Frosting Recipe

  • 1 square (l oz) unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Heat chocolate, butter, and milk in a saucepan until chocolate and butter are melted. Add powdered sugar; beat with plate scraper or spoon until blended.

Spread on cake.

Yield: Frosting for 8×8-, 9×9-, or 9×13-inch cake.
