- 2 quarts torn salad greens (romaine, head, bibb, or leaf lettuce)
- 1/2 teaspoon salad herbs
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and cut in wedges
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Zesty French Dressing
Place washed, crisp salad greens in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with herbs, salt, pepper, blue cheese, and Cheddar cheese. Top with tomato and green onions. Add just enough dressing to coat the greens. Toss lightly. Serve at once.
