Lima Bean And Beef Casserole Recipe

  • 2 or 3 slices bread, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Garlic to taste
  • 1 pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked and seasoned
  • 1 c. sour cream

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Combine meat, salt, pepper, egg and garlic; mix thoroughly with bread mixture. Form into balls; brown.

Place in casserole; add beans. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream; continue baking for 10 minutes longer.

Yield: 4 servings.
