- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 cans chicken noodle soup
- 2 c, mashed potato chips
Combine meat, onion, salt, pepper and celery seed; brown in skillet. Add flour, milk and soup to meat mixture. Heat mixture until warm.
Pour into casserole which has been slightly buttered and coated with 1 cup of chips. Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
Yield: 8-10 servings.
