- 12 serving pieces of chicken
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups boiling chicken broth
- 2/3 cup heated orange juice
- 1/4 cup sherry
- grated peel of 1 lemon
Rub chicken with garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper. Place chicken in baking dish. Stir flour into melted butter, add boiling chicken broth, heated orange juice, sherry, and grated peel of lemon.
Pour sauce over chicken. Bake in preheated 350°F. oven for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
