Fruit Sour Cream Salad Recipe

  • 1 can (11 ozs) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (1 lb) fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 can (9 ozs) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 cups miniature (or cut-up) marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped coarse
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • Lettuce

Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl. Sprinkle additional coconut over top or garnish with maraschino cherries, if

desired. Yield: 5 cups or 8 to 10 servings.
