Festive Turkey Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup Zesty French dressing
  • 1 cup seedless white grapes, halved
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce

Combine turkey, celery, and French dressing. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Stir in grapes, eggs, almonds, and mayonnaise. Taste; add salt and pepper as needed. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl or in lettuce or tomato cups on large chop plate. Top with additional toasted almonds, if desired.

Yield: 6 servings.
