Enchilada Casserole Recipe

  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 lb. ground round steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1 pkg. corn chips
  • Grated cheese

Saute onion and meat; season with salt and pepper. Add chili to meat mixture and heat. Arrange a layer of corn chips, a layer of meat-chili mixture and a layer of grated cheese in buttered baking dish.

Repeat layers and top with corn chips. Heat at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings.
