Egg Sauce Recipe

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt pinch of pepper

Melt butter, add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk, stirring constantly, and cook over

low heat until thickened, about 4 to 5 minutes, continuing to stir so sauce will not lump. Add seasonings and egg. Remove from heat and serve at once.
