- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons liquid drained from sweet pickles
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve on tomato aspic or lettuce salad.
Yield: 1 3/4 cups
