- 2 cups syrup drained from canned fruit, plus water
- 1 package (3 ozs) orange-flavored gelatin
- 1 can (1 lb) grapefruit segments, drained
- 1 can (1 1 ozs) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup grapes, halved and seeded
Heat 1 cup sirup to boiling, in a saucepan. Add gelatin; stir to dissolve; add remaining 1 cup sirup and all the fruit. Pour into an 8×8-inch pan (or ring mold). Chill in refrigerator until set. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce. Yield: 9 servings.
