- 2 large boiled chicken breasts
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Shred chicken breasts and put in mixing bowl. Add room-temperature cream cheese and mix vigorously. Add curry powder, sesame seeds, and soy sauce and blend thoroughly.
Put into serving bowl and garnish with fresh chopped scallions or parsley. Serve with plain or onion crackers.
