Crunchy Lime Mold Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups sirup drained from pineapple, plus water
  • 1 package (3 ozs) lime-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 can (1 lb, 4 1/2 ozs) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

Heat syrup to boiling, in a saucepan; add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into a 1-quart ring mold. Chill in refrigerator until set. Unmold . Fill center with whole fresh strawberries and watercress, if desired.
