- 4 cups (1 lb) fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges
- 2 cups sugar
Wash cranberries; put through a coarse food chopper. Wash oranges; cut into quarters and remove seeds; put through food chopper (include rind too). Combine ground berries and oranges with sugar and mix well. Chill in refrigerator several hours before serving. Yield: 1 quart.
