Corn Relish Recipe

  • 1 can (1 lb) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 1/2 cup French dressing

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill in refrigerator several hours. Yield: 3 cups.
