Colorful Fruit Platter Recipe

  • Bibb or leaf lettuce and watercress
  • Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Pear and peach halves
  • Cubes or balls of melon (honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe)
  • Quartered bananas (brushed with lemon juice to prevent browning)
  • Grape clusters

Arrange greens and fruit on a large cake or chop plate, allowing room in center for bowl of French Dressing, Honey Dressing or Sour Cream Fruit Dressing
