chicken van damm recipe

  • 8 serving pieces chicken
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon powdered rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika juice of 1 lemon

Arrange pieces of chicken in greased shallow baking dish, skin side up. Mix butter, cream cheese, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika together and spread mixture on each piece of chicken.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and roast in preheated 375°F. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F. and cook 25 to 35 minutes more or until tender. Serves 4.
