If you discover that your neighbor turns on his TV, you are picking up radiation from his TV. There is only one way to attempt a cure.
You must get your antenna as far away from his antenna as possible. In addition to relocation, reorientation might also be necessary. As a last resort try relocating or reorienting your neighbor’s antenna.
