- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Blend all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator. Serve over mixed vegetables or wedges of crisp lettuce.
Yield: 1/4 cups.
