Baked Ham and Corn Recipe

  • 1 cup cooked ham, chopped fine
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh corn, cut from cob
  • 1 small green pepper, minced
  • 1 small onion, peeled and chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of pepper

Simmer green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Add to ham, corn and seasonings. Add cream. Blend well and pour into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered in 400 oven for about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
