Are you certified? Have you worked on more certifications after you received your first? Are you up to date?

Can we come to you and ask you to work on something you have never worked on before? Can you learn from reading manuals? Are you industrious enough to teach yourself?
ABILITY TO PROBLEM SOLVE
Do you actively attack a problem? Can you summarize the issue? Do you know where to go to get the information you need? Do you know when to call it quits and ask for help?
Can you write professionally? Can you write a statement of work or document procedures? Can you write effectively?
Can you communicate effectively? Do you use email? Can you frame an argument? Do you have the patience to teach? Can you speak in front of a group? Can you present in front of a group?
Are you always looking for better ways to serve the customer through our offerings?
Many of the work you do is project related. You must get along with others. Can you work on a team? Do you build the team up or crumble the foundation?

When asked to handle something do you do the proverbial “How High?” Do you adequately complete all tasks?
