Can you bring cigars into the united states customs

You can bring into the country the equivalent of 1 U.S. gallon of alcoholic beverages-but only if destined for a “wet” state; and not more than 100 cigars.

Be sure you know exactly what you can bring into the United States. There are some things which no one can bring into the country. Some other articles always require payment of duty or internal revenue tax.

Many fruits, vegetables, plants, seeds, flowers including corsages, meats and pets must meet Department of Agriculture or Public Health Service requirements. Any airline office office can give you the latest requirements.
